Foam Concrete Plants

We at KNIELE have an intensive focus on the development of aerated concrete - especially in the production of plants for the production of optimally adjusted aerated concrete.

Our KKM cone mixer is particularly well suited for the production of aerated concrete and fulfils all the necessary properties.
Its geometric shape and above all the ideal control of the agitators make it particularly suitable for this purpose.

We work together with partners who develop appropriate formulations and foaming agents and can therefore offer a complete solution, including the production of processing machines.

Water, cement, sand, fly ash and more are premixed in the cone mixer.
Then the foam is added by a foam generator. After an appropriate mixing time, the material is pumped to the processing location by an eccentric screw pump.

Gamma values from > 80 kg/m³ to approx. 800 kg/m³ are possible and infinitely adjustable.
Larger raw densities require the addition of sand.

• Gamma at 150 kg/m³ -> Lambda approx. 0,08 – 0,1
• Gamma at 120 kg/m³ -> Lambda approx. 0,05

Can pour fresh into fresh (heavy at the bottom and light at the top)

Curing without additional heat - can be processed the next day
