Weighing Systems

KNIELE weighing systems enable the construction of a calibratable and fully automatic weighing systems that ensure consistency and high quality.

Exact aggregate dosing is typically carried out by means of dosing valves, alternatively with coarse or fine dosing. Dosing belts or vibration chutes are also possible. The computer-controlled system enables fully automatic operation. The user-friendly design means that the system can be operated with very few personnel.

Highly sensitive sensors provide all relevant information at all times. Particularly exemplary are the moisture probes for the sand chambers and the consistency measurement inside the mixer, as well as fill level monitoring in binding agent silos and aggregate silos.
