Tower and Step Plants

Tower plants with diameters ranging from 5.75–7.80 m are ideally suited for storing aggregates in quantities of 100–600 cubic metres. Loading is carried out alternatively from 16° conveyors with smooth belts, steep conveyors with 30° belt or covered belt conveyors, as well as bucket conveyor or an S-conveyor. Materials can be loaded without additional effort from personnel. Silos equipped with additional insulating housing and integrated heating enable aggregate processing without problems – even at low temperatures.

An extremely high plant output can be achieved by integrating and fitting several mixers. Our tower plants allow for independent loading of ready-mix concrete when using an anhydrite mixer, as well as the independent production of ready-mix concrete and mortar, or floor screed, etc.

Step plants have a typical low tower design, and are used wherever you might need to comply with height limits specified by the authorities. Functionality and variation possibilities are not limited in any way.
